Refund policy

  1. Returns:

    • We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging (conditions may apply).
    • Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs*.
    • Please contact our Customer Care Center right away at [Support Email/Phone].

    Once you contact us and your return is accepted:

    • We will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • The whole return period will be 5-7 business days. However, refunds for some banks may only be reflected in your next monthly statement.
  2. Warranty:

    • In the unlikely event your piece arrives in less than perfect condition, please notify us.
    • To help us assess the issue, please send pictures or videos of the product and the Product ID number at the bottom of the product.
    • Please notify us if your product appears to have been damaged during transport with a broken or dented box.
    • Our manufacturer's warranty covers 1 year for furniture and 10 years for mattresses from the date of delivery.
  3. Refunds:

    • Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items except the sofa/sectional category which will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your refund.
    • We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund on your original payment method.
    • Please note it can take 1-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds can be expected 1-4 business days after processing.
    • *Returns that require the customer's shipping fee deduction from refund are but are not limited to: bought by mistake, better price available, no reason given, Wrong size: too large/long, did not like fabric, did not like color, etc.
    • *Returns with shipping fees waived are but are not limited to: performance or quality not adequate, product arrived damaged, etc.
  4. Return Address:

    • Note: Please contact us before returning the products. We will choose the nearest location to apply for a label for your return.
  5. Order Change or Cancellation:

    • If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us any time before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges.
    • You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellations without incurring charges.
    • After that, your shipment will be processed, and any changes or cancellations from thereon will incur a 10% restocking fee for all returned items except the sofa/sectional category, which will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your refund.
